Deadlines:

4/12 9:00 p.m. - All entries and judges must be in on tabroom (with linked tabroom accounts)

4/15 3:00 p.m. - All Prose/Poetry Documentation must be uploaded to the Google Drive Folder - You will get access to your Google Folder after you enter your students on tabroom.

4/16 12:00 p.m. - Confirm “Onsite” on tabroom. Any drops must be indicated at that time.  

4/16 3:30 - Mandatory LD Tech Check

All students must be registered on tabroom.com.  All schools and students must have a tabroom account.  If you need assistance, please feel free to view the resources linked below.

Classrooms

The Regional Speech meet will be hosted on Classrooms.cloud. The classrooms site will be accessible from https://virtual.txfa.org/.  We will send the specific link on Friday April 16th.  

Judges

We are asking for all schools to provide a judge that will be used at the Regional Meet.  If you have students in Debate/IEs, you may have one judge for Debate and one judge for Speech events (though you can use the same judge for both if you wish).  

Documentation

You will receive a google drive folder to put your Prose/Poetry documentation in once you have entered your students and they have linked Tabroom accounts.
